Indonesian batik manufacturer for custom and bulk orders
BikinBatik is a batik factory in Laweyan, Solo. We print, stamp and hand-draw batik fabric, and sew ready-made seragam, all in our own workshop. Orders from outside Indonesia run through the same production line as domestic orders: quotation, sketches, 1-meter sample, production, shipment.

What we make
All four product lines are produced in our own workshop in Laweyan, Solo, so the quality control stays in one place from raw fabric to final packing.
All prices below are quoted in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and exclude freight, which is quoted per destination address. The full price list sits on our price page in Indonesian; ask us and we will send an English quotation for your order.
- Custom batik printing on mori fabric: from Rp38.000 per meter, fabric width 2,4 m. Best for detailed motifs, gradients and company logos.
- Batik cap (copper stamp): from Rp52.000 per meter, fabric width 1,15 m. Repeating motifs with a firmer, more tactile line.
- Hand-drawn batik tulis: from Rp350.000 per 2,5 m piece. For collections, executive uniforms and gift fabric.
- Ready-made seragam (uniforms): shirts, blouses, gamis, and sarung batik, sewn to your measurements from 100 pieces per design.
Minimum order and lead times
Fabric orders start at 200 meters per design. Ready-made garments start at 100 pieces per model.
The schedule does not change for overseas orders: the design queue takes 5-7 working days, a 1-meter printed sample needs 2 working days, then mass production runs 25-30 working days for fabric and 45 working days for ready-made garments of 100 pieces. From brief to shipment, count 32 to 39 working days for fabric and 52 to 54 working days for garments, then add freight time to your country.
Sample first, then production
We print a 1-meter sample and revise the colors at no cost until the color is right. Mass production starts only after you approve the sample in writing.
Fabric for uniforms is also pre-washed before cutting, and one sewn sample piece is made before the full batch, so fit and fabric behaviour are checked before the bulk run.
Shipping from Solo to your country
Goods are packed the way we pack domestic orders: anti-moisture paper plus thick plastic, then rolled so the fabric does not crease. Small quantities and samples travel by air, full rolls usually by sea.
Freight cost and transit time are quoted per destination address and order size, and we send the tracking number on the day the goods leave the factory.
How to order from abroad
Send the brief in English or Indonesian. We work from the same brief and the same schedule for every client, wherever they are.
- Email azisjayaraya@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0822 5959 2299 with the fabric type, meters or pieces, your deadline, and any logo or reference images.
- We reply with a quotation and a production schedule within 2 working hours during office hours (Monday to Saturday, 08.00-17.00 WIB / GMT+7).
- You approve the sketches (3 options after the 5-7 day design queue) and then the 1-meter sample printed in 2 working days.
- Payment terms are fixed in the quotation, production runs 25-30 working days for fabric or 45 working days for garments, and the finished order ships by air or sea to your address.
Payment for overseas orders
Overseas orders are paid by international bank transfer. The currency, the deposit, and the balance schedule are written into the quotation before production starts, so there are no surprises after the goods are made.
Questions from overseas buyers
- What is the minimum order for custom batik fabric?
- 200 meters per design for printing and cap. For ready-made garments the minimum is 100 pieces per model.
- Can you match our brand colors?
- Yes. Send the color codes or a physical swatch, we set the color recipe, print a 1-meter sample, and only start mass production once you approve that sample in writing.
- How long does production take?
- 5-7 working days for the design queue, 2 working days for the sample, then 25-30 working days for fabric or 45 working days for ready-made garments after sample approval. Tell us your deadline in the first message and we will say honestly whether it fits.
- Do you ship outside Indonesia?
- Yes. Orders leave our workshop in Solo by air for smaller quantities and by sea for full rolls, packed with anti-moisture paper and plastic. Freight is quoted per destination address.
- How do we pay for an overseas order?
- By international bank transfer. The currency and the payment schedule are agreed in the quotation before production starts.

Every design is archived with its color recipe, so a repeat order in the following year comes back in the same colors. Motifs made for your organization stay yours and are not offered to anyone else.
